Bombardier’s updated Learjet 60XR business jet flew for the first time on 3 April from the Cedar Rapids, Iowa facility of Rockwell Collins, responsible for certificating the super-light jet’s new Pro Line 21 integrated flightdeck. Certification of the $12.9 million XR is due in the third quarter, with first deliveries early next year.
