US Airways will begin new seasonal flights between Philadelphia International and Edinburgh from May 2014.

The daily flight will be flown on a 176-seat Boeing 757-200 from 23 May 2014 to 1 October 2014, according to the Tempe, Arizona-based carrier.

US Airways is a member of Star Alliance but plans to join the Oneworld alliance as part of its pending merger with American Airlines in the first quarter of 2014.

No other airlines fly between Philadelphia and Edinburgh, Innovata schedules show.
