US Airways recorded passenger revenue per available seat mile (PRASM) growth of about 1% year-on-year in July.

Consolidated passenger traffic inched up 0.4% year-on-year against 2.2% growth in capacity.

The Tempe, Arizona-based carrier's consolidated load factor declined 1.5 percentage points to 86.2%.

Mainline traffic at US Airways in July climbed 0.1% on capacity growth of 2%, resulting in a load factor decline of 1.6 percentage points to 86.7%.
