US Airways recorded passenger revenue per available seat mile (PRASM) growth of about 6% year-on-year in June.

Consolidated traffic increased 1.7% to 6 billion revenue passenger miles (RPM) against capacity growth of 2.4% to 7 billion available seat miles (ASM) year-on-year.

The Tempe, Arizona-based carrier's consolidated load factor declined 0.6 percentage points to 86.1%.

Mainline traffic at US Airways in June climbed 1.7% on capacity growth of 2.3%, resulting in a load factor decline of 0.6 percentage points to 86.5%.
