Air Lease places 737-700 with Georgian Airways

Operating lessor Air Lease has placed a Boeing 737-700 aircraft with Tbilisi-based Georgian Airways for a period of five years.

The 2003-vintage aircraft (MSN 33015) will deliver next month.

The 737-700 was previously on lease to Virgin Australia, Flightglobal’s Ascend Online database shows.

Aegean Airlines wetleased an Airbus A319 (3895) aircraft with CFM56-5B6/3 engines from Olympic Air. The 2009-vintage aircraft is on lease from Pembroke Group.

Air Asia X leased an A330-200 (330) aircraft with CF6-80E1A4 engines from ILFC. The 2000-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Batavia Air.

Air India wetleased an Airbus A310-300 (0494) aircraft with CF6-80C2A2 engines from White. The 1988-vintage aircraft is owned by OMNI Aviacao & Tecnologia.

Air Niugini purchased a Fokker 100 (11472) aircraft with Tay 650-15 from KLM. The 1995-vintage aircraft was operated by KLM Cityhopper since 2007.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines subleased a Boeing 767-300ER (28149) aircraft with RB211-524H2 engines from MIAT-Mongolian Airlines. The 1996-vintage aircraft is on lease from Air Lease.

Garuda Indonesia wetleased a Boeing 777-300ER (35782) aircraft with GE90-115BL engines from Air Austral. The 2009-vintage aircraft is owned by Macquarie AirFinance.

Nasair subleased a Boeing 747-400 (28427) aircraft with PW4056 engines from Eagle Express Air Charter. The 1998-vintage aircraft is on lease from LIFT 2001-1 ABS Portfolio (GECAS).

Sriwijaya Air leased a Boeing 737-500 (27535) aircraft with CFM56-3B1 engines from GECAS. The1995-vintage aircraft was previously operated by United Airlines.

Travel Service Slovakia subleased an Airbus A320 (0409) aircraft with CFM56-5A3 engines from ACAP 2003-2 ABS portfolio. The 1993-vintage aircraft was previously operated by WOW Air.

Saudia subleased an A330-200 (330) aircraft with CF6-80E1A4 engines from Air Asia X. The 2000-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Batavia Air.

Zagros Airlines leased an Airbus A320 (0376) aircraft with V2500-A1 engines from Khors Aircompany. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Aviatrans.
