Mesa closes first of four CRJ900s deal

US regional carrier Mesa Airlines has acquired the first of four Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft from Alitalia.

The CRJ900 (MSN 15066) was built in 2006. first of four aircraft deal.

Last month the Phoenix-based announced the acquisition of four CRJ900s for operations at US Airways (American Airlines) under eight-year capacity purchase agreements.

The Italian carrier disclosed that it planned to sell the 10 regional jets in January 2013. The aircraft have been in storage since they were removed from service in December 2012.

Air Serbia leased an Airbus A319 (2296) aircraft with V2524-A5 engines from the CIT Aerospace. The 2004-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Volaris.

Air Lituanica wetleased a Boeing 737-300 (28200) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from Small Planet Airlines. The 1997-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Small Planet Airlines Italy.

Atlantic Airlines leased a Boeing 737-400SF (25372) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from Kahala Aviation. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Sky Airlines.

Automatic purchased a Boeing 737-300 (27905) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from Lufthansa. The 1995-vintage aircraft was operated by Lufthansa since new.

Azul agreed to lease two Airbus A330-200 (527, 532) aircraft with Trent 772B-60 engines from ILFC. The 2003-vintage aircraft were previously operated by Gulf Air.

Boliviana de Aviacion leased a Boeing 737-300 (23922) aircraft with CFM56-3B2 engines from Apollo Aviation Group. The 1988-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Webjet.

Boliviana de Aviacion leased a Boeing 737-300 (25050) aircraft with CFM56-3B2 engines from Apollo Aviation Group. The 1991-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Webjet.

Borajet agreed to lease three Embraer 190LR (19000217, 19000227, 19000233) aircraft with CF34-10E7 engines from GECAS. The 2008-vintage aircraft were previously operated by Flynas.

Bhutan Airlines leased an Airbus A319 (1541) aircraft with CFM56-5B6/P engines from SMBC Aviation Capital. The 2001-vintage aircraft was previously operated by China Eastern Airlines.

Cronos Airlines wetleased a Boeing 737-400 (25349) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from Calima Aviacion. The 1991-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Aerocaribbean.

EC Air leased a Boeing 737-700 (33791) aircraft with CFM56-7B22 engines from ILFC. The 2004-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Aeromexico.

Moscovia agreed to purchase a Superjet 100 (95007) aircraft with SaM146 engines from Sukhoi Multipurpose Aircompany. The 2010-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Armavia.

Moscovia agreed to lease a Superjet 100 (95010) aircraft with SaM146 engines from Sberbank Leasing. The 2011-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Aeroflot Russian Airlines.

Sukhoi Multipurpose Aircompany purchased a Superjet 100 (95014) aircraft with SaM146 engines from Aeroflot Russian Airlines. The 2012-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Aeroflot Russian Airlines.

Thai Express Cargo leased a Boeing 737-300QC (23809) aircraft with CFM56-3B1 engines from MET International. The 1987-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Europe Air Post.

Thomas Cook Airlines Belgium wetleased an Airbus A320 (0561) aircraft with V2527E-A5 engines from the Avion Express. The 1995-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Belle Air.

TransAsia Airways leased an Airbus A320 (2376) aircraft with V2527-A5 engines from the BOC Aviation. The 2005-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Kingfisher Airlines.

Ural Airlines leased two Airbus A319 (3385, 3388) aircraft with CFM56-5B6/3 engines from AerCap. The 2008-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Airblue.

Vueling Airlines leased an Airbus A320 (3444) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/3 engines from Standard Chartered Aviation Finance. The 2008-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Air Arabia.

Vueling Airlines leased an Airbus A320 (2658) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/P engines from GECAS. The 2006-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Star Flyer.
