Capital Lease Aviation extends A321 leases for six years

Aircraft leasing company Capital Lease Aviation has extended the leases of two Airbus A321-200 aircraft on lease with a European carrier.

The leases, which initially expired in 2015, will now run through 27 February 2021 and 31 March 2021, says the lessor.

According to Flightglobal’s Ascend Online database, Capital Lease Aviation has two 2002/03-vintage A321s on lease to Thomas Cook Airlines.

Another A321, which was purchased earlier this year from BOC Aviation, has a lease attached to Condor until 2018.

AK Bars Aero leased a Bombardier CRJ200LR (7313) aircraft with CF34-3B1 engines from Export Development Canada.The 1999-vintage aircraft was previously operated by MexicanaLink.

AtlasJet Airlines leased an Airbus A320 (1624) aircraft with V2527E-A5 engines from CIT Aerospace. The 2011-vintage aircraft was previously operated by TACA International. The 2000-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Vladivostok Air.

AtlasJet Airlines agreed to lease an Airbus A320 (1213) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/P engines from GECAS. The 2000-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Vladivostok Air.

Flynas leased an Airbus A320 (1942) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/P engines from AerCap. The 2003-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Thomas Cook Airlines.

Finnair wetleased a Boeing 787-8 (35941) aircraft with Trent 1000-67B engines from LOT Polish Airlines. The 2013-vintage aircraft was operated by LOT Polish Airlines since new.

GTLK - State Transport Leasing acquired a Boeing 737-800 (33622) aircraft with CFM56-7B24 engines from SMBC Aviation Capital. The 2006-vintage aircraft is on lease to Orenair.

GTLK - State Transport Leasing purchased an Airbus A321 (1967) aircraft with V2533-A5 engines from Middle East Airlines. The 2003-vintage aircraft was operated by Middle East Airlines since new.

Hainan Airlines transferred an Airbus A320 (5008) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/3 engines to Zhejiang Loong Airlines. The 2012-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Capital Airlines.

Hi Fly agreed to lease an Airbus A321 (1004) aircraft with V2533-A5 engines from ILFC. The 1999-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Onur Air.

InselAir Aruba leased a Boeing MD83 (49935) aircraft with JT8D-219 engines from Neptune Leasing. The 1990-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Meridiana.

Pegasus Airlines leased a Boeing 737-800 (33605) aircraft with CFM56-7B24 engines from Nomura Babcock & Brown. The 2006-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Ryanair.

QantasLink leased a Boeing 717-200 (55180) aircraft with BR715A1-30 engines from Boeing Capital. The 2005-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Mexicana Click.

Royal Air Maroc wetleased an Airbus A320 (409) aircraft with CFM56-5A3 engines from Avion Express. The 1993-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Air India.

Royal Jordanian Airline extended the lease of an Airbus A320 (2953) aircraft with V2527-A5 engines with ALAFCO to January 2018. The 2006-vintage aircraft has been on lease to Royal Jordanian Airline since new.

Saudia subleased a Boeing 747-400 (25135) aircraft with CF6-80C2B1F engines from Air Atlanta Icelandic. The 1991-vintage aircraft is owned by Aircraft Solutions Lux IX.

TAME Ecuador leased an Embraer 190 aircraft (19000372) aircraft with CF34-10E5 engines from Jetscape. The 2010-vintage aircraft, which was previously operated by Royal Air Maroc, was delivered pursuant to an operation, sale and purchase agreement under which TAME will acquire ownership of the aircraft in 2014.

Transaero Airlines leased a Boeing 737-700 (34321) aircraft with CFM56-7B22 engines from Global Aircraft Fund I in a transaction arranged by Amentum. The 2005-vintage aircraft was previously operated by China Southern Airlines.

Zagros Air purchased an Airbus A320 (407) aircraft with CFM56-5A3 engines from Gomera Trading. The 1993-vintage aircraft was previously operated by LUK Aero.

Yamal Airlines leased an Airbus A321 (1967) aircraft with V2533-A5 engines from GTLK - State Transport Leasing. The 2003-vintage aircraft was operated by Middle East Airlines since new.
