Peruvian Airlines to lease three 737 Classics from Aviation Capital Group

Peruvian Airlines has agreed to take three Boeing aircraft under operating leases from Aviation Capital Group.

The carrier leased a Boeing 737-300 (26296) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from ACAP 2003-2 ABS portfolio. The 1994-vintage aircraft was previously operated by AeroSur.

Another 737-300 (25071) aircraft equipped with CFM56-3B2 engines was leased from ACAP 2000-1 ABS portfolio. The 1991-vintage aircraft was previously operated by AeroSur.

Peruvian also took a Boeing 737-500 (24825) aircraft with CFM56-3B2 engines from ACAP 2003-2 ABS portfolio. The 1990-vintage aircraft was previously operated by SkyExpress.

According to Flightglobal's Ascend online database, Peruvian Airlines operates two 737-300s along with five 737-200 Adv. aircraft. Another three 737-200 Adv. aircraft are in storage.

The arrival of the two 737-300s and the 737-500 will allow Peruvian to begin operations to new destinations, both domestic operations as at the start of its international flights.

Air Incheon purchased a Boeing 737-400 (24912) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from Jetran. The 1991-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Air One.

AeroContractors leased a Boeing 737-400 (29201) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from GECAS. The 1998-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Solaseed Air.

Air Berlin transferred an Airbus A319 (3415) aircraft with CFM56-5B6/3 engines to Niki. The 2008-vintage aircraft was delivered new to Air Berlin in March 2008.

Bombardier acquired a Bombardier CRJ200LR (7239) aircraft with CF34-3B1 engines from Polaris Holding. The 1998-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Mesa Airlines.

CanJet Airlines wetleased a Boeing 737-800 (35093) aircraft with CFM56-7B26 engines from XL Airways Germany for the winter period. The 2007-vintage aircraft is owned by MC Aviation Partners Europe.

China Postal Services purchased a Boeing 737-400 (26337) aircraft with CFM56- 3C1 engines from ILFC. The 1993-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Hainan Airlines.

Gambia Bird agreed to sublease an Airbus A319 (4691) aircraft with CFM56-5B6/3 engines from Germania. The 2011-vintage aircraft is owned by SAT Flug.

Rossiya-Russian Airlines agreed to lease three Airbus A319 (2698, 2723, 2797) aircraft with V2524-A5 engines from GECAS. The 2006-vintage aircraft were previously operated by Frontier Airlines.

Sideral Air Cargo leased a Boeing 737-400SF (24529) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from Allied Air. The 1989-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Heavylift Cargo Airlines.

Shaheen Air International leased a Boeing 737-400 (26449) aircraft with CFM56- 3C1 engines from Windy City XVI (AAR Aircraft Sales & Leasing). The 1993-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Malaysia Airlines.

Sriwijaya Air leased two Boeing 737-500 (27317, 27528) aircraft with CFM56-3B1 engines from GECAS. The 1994-vintage aircraft were previously operated by United Airlines.

Spirit Airlines agreed to lease three Airbus A319 (2698, 2723, 2797) aircraft with CFM56-5B5/P engines from ILFC. The 2005-vintage aircraft were previously operated by Windjet.

Sunwing Airlines wetleased a Boeing 737-800 (29660) aircraft with CFM56-7B26/3 engines from JetairFly for the winter period. The 2007-vintage aircraft is owned by CIT Aerospace.

Sunwing Airlines wetleased a Boeing 737-800 (34690) aircraft with CFM56-7B26 engines from Thomson Airways for the winter period. The 2007-vintage aircraft has been operated by Thomson Airways since 2008.

Sunwing Airlines subleased a Boeing 737-800 (34689) aircraft with CFM56-7B26 engines from TUIfly. The 2006-vintage aircraft is owned by AerCap.

Sunwing Airlines subleased a Boeing 737-800 (39394) aircraft with CFM56-7B26 engines from Travel Service Airlines. The 2011-vintage aircraft is owned by GECAS.

Santa Barbara Airlines agreed to lease a Boeing 767-300ER (23764) aircraft with CF6-80C2B4 engines from PALS 1999-1 ABS portfolio. The 1986-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Mexicana.

Thai Regional Airline agreed to lease an Airbus A320 (373) aircraft with V2500-A1 engines from Comtran International. The 1991-vintage aircraft was last operated by Mexicana.

US Airways purchased an Embraer 190AR (19000183) aircraft with CF34-10E6 engines from Republic Airlines. The 2008-vintage aircraft was operated by Republic Airlines since 2009.
