Island Air purchases another ATR 72

Island Air purchased an ATR 72-210 (420) aircraft with PW127 engines from Nordic Aviation Capital. The 1994-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Executive Airlines.

The regional carrier now operates two ATR 72s under operating leases with Nordic Aviation Capital and owns two ATR 72s.

Braathens Regional leased a Saab 2000 (005) aircraft with AE 2100-A engines from Rockton Aviation. The 1993-vintage aircraft was previously operated by OLT Express.

Red Rocket Leasing purchased a Saab 340B (357) aircraft with CT7-9B engines from Vincent Aviation (New Zealand) and leased it to Vincent Aviation (Australia). The 1993-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Timor Air.

Rheinland Air Service acquired an ATR 72-200 (320) aircraft with PW127 engines from Nordic Aviation Capital. The 1992-vintage was previously operated by Executive Airlines.
