Blue Bird Aviation purchases another Q400
Blue Bird Aviation acquired a Bombardier Q400 (4056) aircraft with PW150A engines. The 2002-vintage aircraft was operated by Augsburg Airways since new.
The transaction follows the acquisition of another ex-Augsburg Airways Q400 (4066) earlier this month.
Flightglobal's Ascend Online database says Blue Bird Aviation's fleet now includes seven Q400/400Fs.
Aer Arann Regional leased an ATR 72-200 (509) aircraft with PW124B engines from Danish Air Transport. The 1997-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Cimber Sterling.
Avior Airlines purchased a Fokker F50 (20187) aircraft with PW125B engines from Stockholm Aircraft Finance in a transaction arranged by Aircraft Financing and Trading. The 1990-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Air Astana.
