Aelis arranges ATR 72 sale to Avanti

German carrier Avanti Air has purchased an ATR 72-200 aircraft from Eurolot in a transaction arranged by Aelis Group.

The 1991-vintage aircraft (0246) is the third Eurolot sale arranged this year by the remarketing company

Aelis Group is also marketing six 72-200s and one 42-500 from the Eurolot fleet.

Calm Air leased an ATR 42-300 (0298) aircraft with PW120 engines from Dau Global Leasing. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by TRIP.

FedEx purchased two ATR 72-210 (0355, 0426) aircraft with PW124B engines from Nordic Aviation Capital. The 1993/94-vintage aircraft were previously operated by Executive Airlines.

Island Aviation Services leased a Bombardier Q300 (0499) aircraft with PW123 engines from an unnamed US lessor in a transaction arranged by Airstream International Group. Flightglobal's Ascend online database lists Avmax Aviation Services as the owner of the aircraft. The 1997-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Caribbean Airlines.

Silver Air leased a Saab 340Bplus (428) aircraft with CT7-9B engines from Lambert Leasing for a period of five years. The 1997-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Mesaba Airlines.
