Eastern Airways to lease three Saab 2000s
UK regional carrier Eastern Airways is to add three Saab 2000s to its fleet under operating lease agreements.
The first aircraft, a Saab 2000 (037) with AE2100A engines was leased from Rockton Aviation. The 1996-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Darwin Airline.
Loganair leased a Saab 2000 (013) aircraft with AE2100A engines from Rockton Aviation. The 1995-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Braathens Regional.
Skypemore Aviation purchased a Fokker 50 (20110) aircraft with PW125B engines from AeroCentury. The 1987-vintage aircraft was last operated by Skyways.
