Rheinland Air purchases ATR 72 from NAC

Germany's Rheinland Air Service has acquired another ATR 72-210 aircraft from operating lessor Nordic Aviation Capital.

The aircraft (MSN 320) was built in 1992. It was previously operated by American's Executive Eagle.

The transaction follows the sale of a 1994-vintage ATR 72-200 (MSN 429) to the Mönchengladbach-based MRO service provider.

Avior Airlines leased a Fokker 50 (20188) aircraft with PW125B engines from Aircraft Financing and Trading. The 1990-vintage aircraft was last operated by Air Astana.

Blue Islands purchased an ATR 42-300 (0173) aircraft with PW120 engines from Regourd Aviation. The 1990-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Equaflight Service.

United Airways purchased an ATR 72-200 (0402) aircraft with PW124B engines from Eurolot in a transaction arranged by Aelis Group. The 1994-vintage aircraft was operated by Eurolot since new.
