Nusantara Air Charter acquires ATR 42-500
Nusantara Air Charter is introducing its first turboprop aircraft with the acquisition of an ATR 42-500 from operating lessor Nordic Aviation Capital.
The aircraft (MSN 667) was built in 2007. It was previously operated by Azerbaijan Airlines.
According to Flightglobal's Ascend online database, Nusantara Air Charter operates two BAE Systems 146-200s and has one Avro RJ100 on storage.
Alsie Express agreed to lease two ATR 72-500 (0799, 0818) aircraft with PW127F engines from Nordic Aviation Capital. The 2008-vintage aircraft were previously operated by Azerbaijan Airlines.
Avior Airlines purchased a Fokker F50 (20195) aircraft with PW125B engines from Stockholm Aircraft Finance in a transaction arranged by Aircraft Financing and Trading. The 1990-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Air Astana.
