UTair Finance is to tap the bond market later this month with a planned issuance worth 3 billion rubles ($93 million) on the Moscow stock exchange (MICEX).
The Russian company intends to place domestic bond issues BO-11 and BO-12 during the last 10 days of June, it says in a document.
The first coupon guidance is set at 11.75-12.25% per annum, which corresponds to a yield on a yearly offer of 12.28-12.82%.
Each exchange bond issue comes to 1.5 billion rubles at a face value of 1,000 rubles each.
The bonds have quarterly coupon payouts.
BK Region along with Nomos-Bank, Bank Otkritie, Nota-Bank and PSB are the arrangers of the issuances.
