UTair to sell two domestic bonds

Russia's UTair-Finance in the market to sell two more domestic bonds: Series BO-06 and BO-07.

Each issue amounts to 1.5 billion rubles ($51 million). The issues mature in three years and have a one-year put option. The face value per bond is 1,000 rubles.

UTair-Finance has set coupon 1 on Series BO-06 and BO-07 domestic bonds at 10%. Coupon guidance stood at 9.8%-10% corresponding to yield at pricing at 10.17%-10.38%.

The order book was closed on 20 April 2012. The start of the placement is scheduled for 25 April.
