Venice-based start-up Volotea launches 14 new routes

Spanish-linked carrier Volotea will launch 14 new routes to Greece, Italy, Spain and Croatia in June and July.

The carrier will operate services from Venice Marco Polo airport to to six Greek islands (Corfu, Crete's Heraklion, Kos, Mykonos, Rhodes, and Santorini), Alghero and Lampedusa in Italy, Valencia in Spain and Split in Croatia.

It will also operate flights between Bordeaux-Malaga, Palermo-Olbia, Cagliari-Ancona and Cagliari-Brindisi.
