Vietnam Airlines has secured financing for another Airbus A321.
Cathay United Bank and five other Taiwanese banks have agreed to finance the aircraft under a 10-year loan. The aircraft is scheduled to be delivered this month.
Flightglobal Pro data shows that Vietnam Airlines has 37 A321s in its fleet and another 18 on order. The airline's goal is to expand its fleet to 115 aircraft in 2015, and to 170 by 2020.
The airline says the new A321s will help it modernise its fleet and expand its domestic and international services.
