VivaAerobus appoints senior executives

Mexican low-cost carrier VivaAerobus has appointed Vincent Hodder as chief commercial officer and Robert Zoller as chief operating officer.

Hodder joins the airline from Jetstar Japan, where he was executive director and senior vice president of operations. Prior to joining Jetstar, Hodder worked for Taca International Airlines, now part of the Avianca group.

Zoller was chief executive of now-defunct cargo carrier Kitty Hawk which ceased operations in 2008. Before he joined Kitty Hawk, he was president and chief operating officer at Hawaiian Airlines. Before his appointment by VivaAerobus, Zoller had served as a consultant to the Mexican airline.
