Mexican carrier Volaris has closed another Airbus A320 sale and leaseback transaction with General Electric Capital Aviation Services (GECAS).
The aircraft (MSN 5595) is the third of a seven-aircraft agreement with the operating lessor.
The first two aircraft (MSN 5488 and 5510) closed in March.
Volaris will take delivery of 12 new A320 deliveries scheduled through 2014. According to Flightglobal's Ascend Online database, Volaris operates 24 A319s and 20 A320s.
