Kuwaiti start-up carrier Wataniya Airways' parent company is to list on the emirate's stock exchange next month.
The parent, Kuwait National Airways, is to list on the Kuwaiti exchange on 15 December.
Kuwait National emerged in 2005 as part of the Gulf state's decision to create three new carriers.
It raised start-up capital through an initial public offering, with 70% of the company owned by private shareholders and 30% by strategic investors.
Wataniya Airways is to begin services in early February next year.
