Grounded Sicilian carrier Wind jet is seeking buyers for the remnants of its business, including its air operator's certificate and available slots.
According to an advert published in the 30 November edition of the UK's Financial Times newspaper, interested parties have until mid-December to register their interest for all or part of the airline.
The airline will use the funds generated to meet its obligations to creditors, says the advert, although court approval of this arrangement is still required.
Any sale could take place before the end of the year according to the suggested timetable in the advert.
Wind Jet, which operated a fleet of 11 leased A320-family aircraft, ceased operations in August after a takeover deal with Alitalia collapsed.
