Chinese cargo carrier Yangtze River Express plans to start a daily cargo service between Xiamen and Osaka this month.
It will operate a Boeing 737 freighter on the route, says the Civil Aviation Administration of China, which has to approve the service.
Yangtze will compete on the route with Japanese carrier All Nippon Airways and China Cargo, according to Innovata.
