Overview of the IT Trends Surveys

The Airline and Airport IT Trends Surveys are produced annually and co-sponsored by Airline Business and SITA with ACI also involved in the Airport report. The Surveys track key technology trends in airlines and airports and provide valuable insight into IT strategy.

The 2013 Surveys are now under way with the results of the Airline IT Trends research available to purchase in August 2013, followed by the Airport IT Trends Survey results in November 2013.
