LONDON FROM1 ABOVE.—This week we publish above the first of a series of three remarkable photognphs secured by Mr. Griffith Brewer from the balloon "Vivlenne" during the International Balloon Contest in May, 1909.—The second and third photographs will appear in subsequent issues of FLIGHT, and with the above will make a striking group for framing. The square In the centre of the above picture is Belgrave Square, and Buckingham Palace can be seen in the far distance. In the foreground the central street is Cadogan Place, and the street on the right-hand side is Pont Street. This photograph was taken frcm a height of about 1,600 feet.
