The Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Royal Aero Club of the United Kingdom will be held on Thursday March 30th, 1911, at 5 o'clock, at 166, Piccadilly, London, W. AGENDA. 1. To elect President, Vice-President, and Council for the ensuing year. The following are recommended by the Committee for re-election :— Hon. President. His Grace the Duke of Argjll, K.T. To confirm rule :— Life Membership.—The subscription for Life Membership shall be twenty-five guineas for members elected as ordinary members prior to January 17th, 1911, and thirty guineas for members elected after that date. Members are elected to serve for two years, half the Committee retiring annually. Retiring members are eligible for re-election. No Ballot Paper which is signed, or on which the number of Candidates voted for is more or less than the number of vacancies, or which is received by the Secretary later than 12 noon, Wed nesday, 29th March, 1911, will be valid. Michelin Prize No. 2.—The rules drafted by the Competitions Committee were passed subject to the approval of M. Michelin. "Daily Mail" Second £10,000 Prize.
