NOVEMBER 29, 1913 ffcWHTj THE NEW BLERIOT HYDRO-AEROPLANE. ONCE more the Seine at Billancourt has been the scene of experiments with hydro-aeroplanes by M. L. Bleriot; it will be recalled that as far back as in 1906 M. Bleriot type.
