Gould, R.A., a Flight Commander, Military Wing, and to retain his tem porary rank whilst so employed, vice Temporary Capt. Hon. W. F. F. Sempill (Master of Sempill), Special Reserve ; Feb. I2th, 1916. ® ® and 180 men, the squadron has already been provisionally organised in Australia, under the command of Colonel Reynolds, who has been head of the Werribee Flying School, and was formerly at Camberley Staff College.
