Royal Naval Air Service. The following appeared among the Admiralty announce ments of August 5th :— Flight Commander T. K. Elmsley promoted to the rank of Squadron Commander, with seniority June 30th. Temporary Sub-Lieutenant, R.N.V.R., E. F. Turner pro moted to Temporary Lieutenant, R.N.V.R., with seniority August 2nd.
