London Gazet te, November 28 The following officers have been granted short service commns. in the ranks stated, with effect from Nov. 28 (except where otherwise stated). They will retain their seniority in the substantive rank last held by them prior to the grant of the short service commn, except that officers gazetted to a rank lower than their previous substantive rank will be placed at the head of the list of officers of the rank to which they are now gazetted, and will retain seniority relative to each other in accordance with their previous position on the gradation list.
