An Armenian Air Service FROM a brief report from The Times correspondent atConstantinople, it appears that the Armenians are fighting well, and their small but well-organized Air Force hasrendered considerable service. No Germans to Land at FrankfortTHE air service which it had been proposed to start between Frankfort and Basle is not likely to get under wayjust yet as the French Government has put its foot down on any German aviators landing at the former place.
