Chaplains' Branch The Rev. J. J. Case is granted and permitted to retain the hono rary relative rank of Group Captain on relinquishing his honorary commission (Feb. 9). Memorandum The permission granted to Sec. Lt. K. C. N. Marshall to retain his rank is withdrawn on his conviction by the civil power (Feb. 12).
