FLIGHT, r INDUSTRY Elektron magnesium alloys were first introduced Into Great Britain in 1923, since when the Elektron group has so satisfactorily solved all the problems of fabricating magnesium alloys that the Elektron Licensees are supplying cast and wrought products of the highest quality. Designers taking advantage of the extraordinarily favourable strength/weight ratio of Elektron have achieved valuable developments. In practically every record of recent years Elektron alloys have played an important part— giving lightness with strength and rigidity. Owing to its immense diversity of application Elektron is daily extending its field. The Elektron group has an unequalled fund of technical know ledge and practical experience embracing nearly every variety of application of magnesium alloys, which is freely at the disposal of designers.
