On the New EMPIRE FLYING BOATS M TREFOIL" BAKELITE SHEET IS EMPLOYED The "Canopus" and other Flying Boats of the same type now under construction for Imperial Airways by Short Bros. Limited of Rochester, will mark the beginning of a new era in the expan sion and development of Empire Air routes. " TREFOIL" BAKELITE Laminated electrical insulating material is used extensively in the construction of the delicate and vital electrical equipment on these boats and upon which the success and safety of the Service will largely depend. "TREFOIL" BAKELITE Laminated Sheet Material is available in many different grades, some of which meet the British Standards Specification for electrical sheet material. Full particulars may be obtained from the manufacturers. BAKE LITE Bakelite Limited are manufacturers of Moulding Materials. Laminated Materials for electrical insulation and decorative purposes and for silent gears. Resins for the manufacture of durable finishes.
