Hindmarsh had one of the Yugo-Slavia Hawker Furies (Kestrel XVI) in a vertical turn, while Fit. Lt. P. W. S. Bulman, flying the photographer in the Hart "-MR," broke away sharply to clear as the other side-slipped at the crucial instant ; and on the right the two machines dived in intimate company at 280 m.p.h.
