PALMER Rudder-Bar Toe-Strap Palmer have pro- duced the perfect Rudder-Bar Toe- Strap in the form of Rubbered Cord, with metal ends for attachment. This strap always retains its proper shape and, if trod- den upon, springs back into position instantly upon release. The Palmer Toe-Strap can be easily cut through with scissors in an emergency, as required by the British Air Ministry (ADM. 259). It is inextensible, yet perfectly flexible, of great strength and—last but not least—is inexpensive.
