TRADE MARK GYROPLANE THE AIR NAVIGATION ACT, 1936 (S.5) The Air Navigation (Licensing of Public Transport) Order, 1938 The Air Transport Licensing Authority give notice that they will hold enquiries in public at Watergate House, York Buildings, Adelphi, London, W.C.2, for the purpose of determining the undermentioned applications for licences to carry passengers and goods by air, during the week commencing Monday, the 13th February, 1939, in place of the enquiries, notice of which was published in " The Aeroplane " of 7th December, 1938, and in *' Flight " of 8th December, 1938, to determine applica tions Serial Nos. 35, 36, 39, 40, 41 and 42 made by Channel Air Ferries Limited, a notice of the withdrawal of which was published in " The Aeroplane " of 11th January, 1939, and in " Flight " of 12th January, 1939 :— SERIAL No. 70. GREAT WESTERN AND SOUTHERN AIR LINES LIMITED. Service between Liverpool and Shoreham : with inter mediate landings at Manchester, Birmingham, Cheltenham (on request), Cardiff (Winter period only), Bristol, Southamp ton and Ryde (I.O.W.) for the purpose of landing and taking up passengers and goods. SERIAL No. 71. GREAT WESTERN AND SOUTHERN AIR LINES LIMITED. Service between Shoreham and Cardiff : with intermediate landings at Ryde (I.O.W.), Bournemouth and Bristol for the purpose of landing and taking up passengers and goods. SERIAL No. 72. GREAT WESTERN AND SOUTHERN AIR LINES LIMITED. Service between London (Heston) and Ryde (I.O.W.) : with intermediate landings at London (Croydon) for the purpose of landing and taking up passengers and goods. SERIAL No. 73. GREAT WESTERN AND SOUTHERN AIR LINES LIMITED. Service between Land's End and Bristol : with intermediate landings at Plymouth and Exeter (by request) for the pur pose of landing and taking up passengers and goods. Particulars of the above applications were published in " The Aeroplane" of 11th January, 1939, and "Flight" of 12th January, 1939. THE AIR NAVIGATION ACT, 1936 (S.5) The Air Navigation (Licensing of Public Transport) Order, 1938 The Air Transport Licensing Authority give notice that they will hold an enquiry in public at Watergate House, York Buildings, Adelphi, London, W.C.2, for the purpose of deter mining the following application for a licence to carry passengers and goods by air, at the conclusion of the enquiries to be held on the 30th January, 1939, and on the following days into applications in respect of race meetings services (Serial Nos. 48, 61, 62, 64, 65 and 66) as published in " The Aeroplane " of 7th December, 1938, and " Flight " of 8th December, 1938.
