The strip metal is accurately fed to the dies through hardened and ground rolls which can be set-to release at any desired moment, and the travel of the metal can be set to fine limits. The feed can be removed and the press used in the ordinary manner for hand feeding when desired. Fitted with variable stroke from i in. to 3 in. or any fixed stroke up to 6 in.
