48 FLIGHT. ADVERTISEMENTS. FEBRUARY 23, j 939. THE AIR NAVIGATION ACT, 1936 (S.5) The Air Navigation (Licensing of Public Transport) Order, 1938 S?rial No. 84 The Air Transport Licensing Authority give notice that on the 20th day of February, 1939, they received from Night Air Transport Limited, of 3, Glenfinlass Street, Edinburgh, an application for a licence to carry goods by air on a service between London and Grangemouth Aerodrome. The frequency of the proposed service is once daily in each direction. The date of commencement of the proposed service is 1st May, 1939. A licence for a period of 7 years has been applied for. All representations and objections with regard to this Application must be in writing and must reach the Authority not later than the 15th day of March, 1939.
