Ldr. C. E. Norris, O.B.E., is granted an honorary commis sion in Class C as a Flight Lieutenant (Honorary Squadron Leader) (October 28, 1938); Sqn. Ldr. A. R. Stanley-Clarke, M.C., is granted an honorary commission in Class C as a Flying Officer (Honorary Squadron Leader) (December 12, 1938).
