An isolating transformer is embodied in each fit ting, consequently the failure of one lamp does not affect the burning of the remainder. O An adjustable optical system provides a variable angle (approximately o°/3o°) at which peak intensity of beam candle power is available. The accurately moulded dome glass is designed to withstand a. static load under test conditions of 600 lbs. per square inch. Colour filters are avail able in^ the following aviation colours: Red, Green and Yellow.
