The Air Navigation (Licensing of Public Transport) Order, 1938 The Air Transport Licensing Authority give notice that they have granted the following provisional licences for the carriage of passengers and goods by air, under Clause 13 of the above Order-in- Council :— Serial Licence No. No. Licensee Service between Re-marks Date of issue 72 P.A.13. By Order of the Air Transport Licensing Authority, DENIS CAPEL-DUNN, Secretary. THE AIR NAVIGATION ACT, 1936 (S.5.) The Air Navigation (Licensing of Public Transport) Order, 1938 The Air Transport Licensing Authority give notice that they have issued the following licence under Article 9 of the above Order-in-Council :— Serial No. 97. British-American Air Services Limited, Heston Airport, Hounslow, Middlesex. Licence to carry passengers and goods by air between Heston and Ayr, with intermediate landings at York, on the 3rd, 4th and 5th June, 1939, in connection with the race meeting at Ayr. The application for this licence was received on the 12th May, 1939, and the licence issued on the 22nd May, 1939. The licensee is already authorised to operate air services between Heston and Ayr with intermediate landings at Newmarket and/or Lambourn on race days at Ayr. The effect of the present licence is to authorise inter mediate landings at York on the days specified. By Order of the Air Transport Licensing Authority, DENIS CAPEL-DUNN, Secretary.
