C'v FORWARD FUSELAGE SIMMONDS GAUGES AND AUTOMATIC DIAL CHANGE UNIT The ingenious Simmonds Automatic Dial Change Unit enables the readings of multiple transmitting ends to be recorded individually in one instru ment, so that fuel contents of a number of tanks of varying capacities may be read, A turn of the selector knob switches into circuit the desired operating end, simultaneously bring ing into vision the appropriate dial, of which there may be as many as six. The saving in panel space is thus very considerable and sim plicity of layout greatly facilitated. The indicator itself is extremely sensitive and accurate, and is entirely unaffected by wide varia tions in the voltage supply. The transmitting units are supplied in forms suitable for different shapes and designs of fuel tank. SIMMONDS AEROCESSORIES U?
