— Extract from ROYAL AIR FORCE -COMMENTARY No. 26. "The Call is Answered" Seaplane Tender 441 (engines 6SM Diesel 40743, 40738) went to the rescue of a Lancaster aircrew adrift in a dinghy off the S.W. coast. A Mosquito sighted the crew boarding their dinghy and s'tayed circ ling it until relieved by other aircraft of the Air Sea Rescue Service.
