vi. Advertisements. FLIGHT NOVEMBER 29TH, 1945 OUR PROGRAMME How we are gathering the information you will need It is our established policy to give you the FACTS about aluminium and its alloys. We know how the physical and mechanical properties of aluminium and its alloys have been improved to make them invaluable to many industries. We know they will have a marked influence on post-war pro- duction. We also know their limitations, and are not prepared to advise any potential user to attempt the impossible. We are revising our technical bulletins — war- time developments have made that very necessary. When circumstances allow, these bulletins, filled with valuable data, will be published and made available to you. We are carrying out surveys of many branches of industry including road trans- port and food packaging, mining, build- ing and civil engineering, electrical engineering and marine architecture. We are relating specific alloys to the need; of each industry. We are developing new alloys which will give greater strength with exceptional lightness; increasing resistance to shock and corrosion; testing and extending colour finishes. Our findings are placed at your dis- posal. You are invited to write to our Technical Development Department. We will provide all the information we can on your particular problem. If alumi- nium and its alloys are not suitable for the job we will say so. We can give you facts about AllimiliilllTI Northern Aluminium Company Ltd. <«ON Makers of Norai Products
