THE ROTAX NSE. 12/7 MAGNETO has been exclusively selected for the civil Rolls- Royce Merlin power plant specified for the D.C.4s of Trans-Canada Airlines and for the Avro Tudor II. Extensive research has been applied to the progressive improvement of this series of magnetos for the r&'rlin engines to provide outstanding high-altitude performance without pressurisation. It Is of the rotating magnet type, gfves an output voltage of 9,000 v. and weighs I4£ Ib. A range of magnetos is available for other types of engine from 4-cyIinder to 24-cylinder.
