Once food or any kind of perishable goods is locked away in the Bristol Type Container, it is safe for transport by air, sea, road or rail. It will not deteriorate; it will be as fresh at the end of a journey as at the beginning. The container is manufactured by the Bristol Aeroplane Com- pany and it is insulated by means of ONAZOTE, the lightest, the most modern and the most effective insulating material yet devised. ONAZOTE (Expanded Ebonite) is a unique material owing to its structure of tiny non- intercommunicating cells. It is used in this Container, as in so many other products j^ a first class insulating material is requir because:— 1 It is virtually a rum-conductor of heat—it has t .; thermal conductivity of only 0.20 B. T.U. 2 It is one of the lightest insulating mediums— i; weighing only 4 lbs. per cubic foot. ~r 3 It is moisture-proof and completely resistant to . vermin and bacteria. f 675 Mitcham Road • Croydon • Surrey TELEPHONE : THORNTON HEATH 3622- WORKS: CROYDON, AND DUNDEE.
