MARCH 3RD, 1949 FLIGHT Advertisements BOFFINSTRUMENTS *at our service OUT TO CATCH A COLOUR He's been sent out to catch a colour—and bring it back alive! The weapon he uses is the Colour Matcher. This instrument is used for matching shades of colour where an easily handleable pattern is not available—for example, the colour of a previously painted wall. Having registered the colour with an uncanny accuracy, the instrument is taken back to the laboratory where the tint in question is permanently recorded by means of another device—the Tintometer—so that further supplies can be matched exactly. Scientific methods of analysis such as this are daily routine at the Cellon Laboratories, where accuracy, constancy and quality are the prime considerations. LON BOFFINSTRUMENTS.
