PHOJNIX TELEPHONE AND ELECTRIC WORKS, LTD. — Patented steward-call system in which the button by the pas- senger's seat becomes illuminated on being pressed and gives a simultaneous signal in the galley; passenger button re- mains aglow until extinguished by a second depression, by the steward or hostess. GRAHAME ROSS, LTD.—The " Ros- son'' tubular-seat fastener, for quick attachment and removal, embodying a rubber mounting; also specialities listed elsewhere in this review (see '' Aircraft Servicing" and " Marine-Airport Equip- ment"). RUMBOLD AND Co., LTD.—Old- established specialists in the furnishing and soundproofing of aircraft interiors, Rumbold's are producing, on a large scale, new single, double and treble "high-density" seats, the weight of which is little more than 12 lb per pas- senger, including safety belts. Ex- tremely light folding seats are in produc- tion, ithe standard double type weighing 25 lb complete, and new seats of the day/night type, with a wide range of reclining angles, are also being made.
