198 Prototype P.I Well-nigh perfect enough to form the basis of the plan riew in a general-arrangement drawing is this recent "Flight" photograph of the English Electric P.I—actually the second P.I A prototype, powered by two Rolls-Royce Avon turbojet* with reheat. It will be seen that this machine does not have the "kinked" leading edge now being tried on WG760; indeed, it is not yet certain that this modification will be incorporated in production aircraft for the Royal Air Force.
